Kaitlyn is the 20-something 200hr Yoga Teacher and writer of Om Shanti Life. After an injury took her out of her 13 year figure skating career, Kaitlyn knew that it was time to take control of her life and her health. From there a passionate love of yoga and living naturally emerged. Kaitlyn completed her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in July 2015 and has been teaching passionately ever since. Kaitlyn is an avid reader, who loves drinking tea, being by the forest or the lake and dreaming up new recipes. Kaitlyn enjoys spending her time with her partner (James) and their two cats (Charles Xavier & Princess Peach), going out for sushi, playing with dogs (especially Butler!), going for walks, playing video games, eating avocados and sleeping. She is looking forward to sharing some thoughts with you about living a healthy and natural lifestyle!
